Established in 1997, the HSA Group is a leading national provider of occupational and travel health services to government and corporate Australia.
The HSA Group is a Government Business Enterprise accountable to its shareholders, the Minister for Finance and Administration and the Minister for Human Services. The Company is managed by an independent Board of Directors. The HSA Group is subject to the requirements of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997, which include the preparation of a corporate plan. Financial Statements are subject to audit by the Auditor General and are provided to the responsible Minister.
