Staff & Community
Business and community are interdependent—the wellbeing of one depends on the wellbeing on the other.
We actively encourage and support our staff to be involved with their communities—be that to support a local sports team, community project, cultural event or charitable organisation.
HSA Group Community Fund
Our major vehicle for community sponsorship is the HSA Group Community Fund. Launched early in 2006, the fund provides grants to HSA Group employees who wish to support a charitable, social, sporting or cultural 'good' cause in their community.

Statement of Commitment to Reconciliation
The HSA Group is proud to recognise the cultural diversity and contribution of all employees and customers and our commitment to improving services to Indigenous communities.
We developed and launched a Statement of Commitment to Reconciliation in May 2006.
