Our travel health business line, the Travel Doctor–TMVC helps all travellers—business and holiday—stay healthy and safe by providing the most up-to-date international health advice, vaccines and medical services to reduce the risks of illness and injury.
It's a little known fact that over 50% of Australians who travel experience some kind of illness, with around 18% losing one or more days of travel to illness.
We provide services to over 120 000 travellers a year, ranging from back-packers and family holiday makers to business travellers, government officials, aid workers and members of the police and defence forces sent on international peace keeping missions.
The Travel Doctor–TMVC is one of the largest individual suppliers of travel health services in the world. We operate 20 clinics (HSA Group-owned and franchisees) in Australia and have associates in New Zealand, Africa and Asia.
As part of the HSA Group, we can also tap into the specialist occupational health and rehabilitation services provided nationally by our two sister organisations—Health For Industry and Work Solutions.
This makes us unique in being able to meet all the workplace health needs of our travel health business clients from recruitment to retirement.
